Egg grading machines
Our VSX/VDX 9000, 12000 and 15000 series egg grading machines can be optionally equipped with automatic packing lanes. A packing track consists of a nest, an egg grader, packaging conveyor and a conveyor belt and is made of stainless steel. Optionally, a closer can be incorporated to seal small packages.
E-Grader
The VÖLKER E-Grader series is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses with limited space. It sorts eggs precisely, packs them gently and offers flexible packaging solutions. Egg marking can be added as an option. Made from easy-to-clean stainless steel, it also ensures high hygiene standards.
Novum 55
The VÖLKER Novum meets the requirements of many sorting companies thanks to its modular design. The eggs are fed in gently and sorted precisely into up to 7 weight classes. Gentle placement via the drop box and easy cleaning make work easier. Automatic separation by shell colour is even possible on request.
VSX/VDX 12000/15000
The VSX/VDX 12000/15000 egg granding machines are made of robust stainless steel, are easy to operate, require little maintenance and ensure that eggs are transported with the utmost care. Thanks to its stainless steel housing, the machine is easy to clean and meets high hygiene standards. Optional features such as an egg counter, egg marking and a vacuum hand suction box can be added.
VSX/VDX 4000
The VSX/VDX 4000 stainless steel egg granding machine is easy to operate and requires little maintenance. Thanks to precise scales and high-quality stainless steel components, it is easy to clean and meets high hygiene standards. Optional features such as an egg counter and egg marking can be added.

Farmpacker
VÖLKER Farmpackers are robust, easy-to-use machines that impress with low maintenance requirements and low operating costs. They pack 15,000 to 25,000 eggs per hour and are ideal for small and medium-sized businesses that want to automate their packaging process. The Farmpacker consumes little energy and gently places the eggs into the packaging, which is automatically fed via a conveyor belt.
Tray stacker
By adding one of our hump stackers with or without an export belt to your Farmpacker, you can automatically stack the filled humps. This significantly increases efficiency in daily egg packing. Our hump stackers can be built and assembled in different variants, so that, for example, the finished stacks can be returned 180° to the Farmpacker operator.

The Firm VOELKER GmbH has been successfully established in the egg sector since 1986. We develop high-quality machines and systems for grading and packing eggs.
Our products, such as egg grading machines, farm packers, egg marking systems and labeling technology, are individually tailored to the needs of our customers.
As the only provider in Europe, we manufacture the entire package of machine, printer and labeler as well as hump stacker and loader in Vechta and can build all components accordingly according to customer specifications and adapt production drawings quickly and easily. This results in maximum efficiency.
